Energy is everything in life. Once we are over 40 the ageing process starts to accelerate. The important part is this: you can have more energy than in your 20s if you integrate the right nutrition and functional fitness training. If you combine this with a good mental preparation and mindset this can dramatically slow down the ageing process and turn back the clock significantly on how you feel and how your body functions.
We all know what to do: eat healthy, do regular sports and not stress too much. But often our busy lives get in the way. It’s often around 40 or 50 that we realize that we ‘really’ do age and that this comes with new mental, physical and energy challenges. With this program I tried to create a specific integrated approach that takes into account what your body needs ‘NOW’. Your body needs more focused specific nutrition, a more functional type of sports training and also a mental boost to push your mind and body back.
