What we eat has an amazing impact on our lives. I am sure you know it, but let that sink in for a moment: The food you eat everyday will influences how healthy you age, how balanced your energy levels are, how you control your weight, how good the quality of your sleep is and even the ups and downs in your stress, anxiety and happiness levels are influenced by your nutrition.
Especially because you are unique, with a unique genetic profile, a history of your relation to food and a current state of body and mind it’s important that you get individual ‘precision advice’.
Over more than 10 years I have worked with a whole range of clients:
I am a qualified nutrition coach since 2005, a certified sports nutritionist (by the International Sports and Sciences Association in the USA). I work with a variety of clients in areas such as weight loss, diabetes, nutrition in relation to stress and anxiety, emotional eating; in addition I work with athletes to develop precision nutrition programs to fuel their specific sports needs.
I use an individual holistic approach. This means that we take into account your current health status and age, your day to day nutrition, your current stress levels and your dietary preferences. We also look at patterns and see if there are things that you would like to change and how to put that into practice.
