In different phases of our life we have different needs, hopes, or dreams. That is why we need to reflect on our lives from time to time.
In Life coaching we focus on where you are now in your life and the goals that you would like to reach in the short and long term. When we work on adjusting or creating life goals it often becomes apparent that the work you put into getting where you are now is not necessarily the same journey needed to get you to the next goal.
What will be part of the coaching sessions?
Every first meeting is used to get to know each other and to look at what brings you to life coaching. We work together to explore where you would like to focus. From there on we will build a plan to effectively reach that goal.
